Since St. John's Wort helps reduce inflammation and promote wound healing, it has been used topically to help heal wounds and burns, calm nerve pain such as sciatica, calm sore muscles and bruises and help improve skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis

CALENDULA | anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral, skin soothing, calming, anti-irritating | believed to benefit eczema by reducing inflammation, eliminating bacteria, and helping heal the skin.
